Are your products organic / natural?
Our coffees are crafted with 100% natural beans, carefully roasted to preserve their authentic aroma and taste. We don’t rely on artificial flavors or additives — just pure, rich Turkish coffee. For our handmade copper cezves, we use only premium, authentic copper, free from harmful coatings. At Doa’s, authenticity and quality come before empty labels.
Do your products contain added flavors or fragrances?
Generally not. Our Turkish coffees highlight the natural aroma of the beans. With limited exceptions, like cardamom blends or special editions, we add only authentic, traditional ingredients. Just as fragrance in skincare can irritate, artificial aromas in coffee can alter the taste — which is why we stay true to the natural coffee essence.
Is there any harmful coating in your cezves?
Never. Some mass-produced coffee pots may use chemical linings or low-quality metals that affect both health and taste. Our cezves are made from pure copper, lined safely with tin by skilled artisans, ensuring they are completely safe and deliver the most authentic Turkish coffee flavor. Each piece is periodically tested and made to last for generations.
What is the shelf life of my product?
Turkish coffee is best enjoyed fresh. Once opened, we recommend consuming your coffee within 6 months to fully savor its flavor and aroma. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. As for our handcrafted copper cezves, they are built to last for decades with proper care — truly timeless companions to your coffee ritual.
