Heavier copper, finished by hand. Each Heritage cezve starts as a molded 1.5 mm copper body and is then hand-hammered, giving it a textured surface and character no two pieces share. The thicker copper holds heat steadily for a slower, richer brew and a thicker foam. Tin-lined interior.

Capacity: 150 ml, about 2 cups of Turkish coffee.

Stovetop: Works on gas and electric stoves. Induction needs an adapter plate.

Care: Hand wash with warm water and a soft sponge, and dry right away. No dishwasher. Never heat it empty.

Shipping: Ships anywhere in the US within 1 to 2 business days.

FAQs

Are your products organic / natural?

Both of our coffees are 100% Arabica with nothing added: no flavors, no additives, just coffee, ground to order. The Thursday Blend is built on organic Haitian Blue beans. Our copper cezves are lined with tin, the traditional food-safe lining, with no synthetic coatings.

Do your products contain added flavors or fragrances?

No. Our coffee is pure ground Arabica coffee, with no flavorings, fragrances or additives of any kind. Any sweetness or aroma you notice comes from the beans themselves.

Is there any harmful coating in your cezves?

No. Our cezves are copper with a tin lining on the inside, the traditional food-safe lining used for Turkish coffee pots. There are no synthetic or non-stick coatings. To keep the lining in good shape, hand-wash with warm water and a soft sponge, avoid abrasive scrubbers, and never heat the cezve empty.

What is the shelf life of my product?

Because we grind each bag to order, your coffee arrives fresh. For the best flavor, enjoy it within about 3 to 4 weeks of opening. Keep the bag tightly sealed (or use an airtight container) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and avoid the fridge. With simple care, a copper cezve will last for many years.
