Our signature blend. Organic Haitian Blue, grown from the same Arabica variety as Jamaica Blue Mountain and shade-grown 1,200 m up in the mountains of Haiti, meets smooth Brazilian Yellow Catuai. A creamy, smooth cup with hazelnut notes, a buttery mouthfeel, and naturally low acidity.

Size: 4 oz (113 g) bag, about 16 to 18 cups of Turkish coffee.

Roast: Medium.

Grind: Ground to order, extra-fine for Turkish coffee, so every bag arrives fresh.

Delivery: Free local delivery in the Austin area.

How to brew: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup of room-temperature water to your cezve (sugar too, if you like). Stir once, then heat slowly on low. Pour just as the foam rises.

    FAQs

    Are your products organic / natural?

    Both of our coffees are 100% Arabica with nothing added: no flavors, no additives, just coffee, ground to order. The Thursday Blend is built on organic Haitian Blue beans. Our copper cezves are lined with tin, the traditional food-safe lining, with no synthetic coatings.

    Do your products contain added flavors or fragrances?

    No. Our coffee is pure ground Arabica coffee, with no flavorings, fragrances or additives of any kind. Any sweetness or aroma you notice comes from the beans themselves.

    Is there any harmful coating in your cezves?

    No. Our cezves are copper with a tin lining on the inside, the traditional food-safe lining used for Turkish coffee pots. There are no synthetic or non-stick coatings. To keep the lining in good shape, hand-wash with warm water and a soft sponge, avoid abrasive scrubbers, and never heat the cezve empty.

    What is the shelf life of my product?

    Because we grind each bag to order, your coffee arrives fresh. For the best flavor, enjoy it within about 3 to 4 weeks of opening. Keep the bag tightly sealed (or use an airtight container) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and avoid the fridge. With simple care, a copper cezve will last for many years.
